well, i'm going to skypark salesroom last few day. been told by SA only new 705sqf unit (Type A) was left. selling price was RM492,100. will enjoy 5% rebate with rm10k booking on the spot. Another 3% rebate if you sign loan aggreement within 2 weeks time.

Guys, do u think this is worth for investment? As what i read thru all the comments, some ppls did said rm5k discount and even 15% during new launched, and this time is only 5% rebate?
