We try. First we need to try get largest space as we could. Although they have officially agree to let us have a space to display, but nothing concrete yet. Because on our side we also need to determine how many kits we have that meet the deadline, and amongst them how many are willing to lend out their kit to be displayed there. No point to fight for large large place but in the end, out of 20 over participatns, only a handful actually completed their builts.

Also, this is not a compulsory thing. If any modelers dont feel comfortable, or they just dont want the trouble to bring the kit for display, we will not force them.

Of course, if possible, we can have as large the space n as many people willing to let their kit displayed. if that happened... holy... that will be some scene we r going to make during the mid year in sg wang. Plus, we manage to organize a gathering... we definitely will be LOUD! Hahahahah
Note: mid year competition will be in sg wang june 4th(Mon)~ june 10th (Sun), 1 week. So we are expecting to set up the display on 3rd june (Sun) around midnight time.... we will announce details n discuss with all participating members later; to arrange stuff. (eg, some might not able to make it on sunday night, then might need to arrange monday 10am they bring their kit  etc etc...)

Hahah!!!1 I like what i see! Actually the knee guard is a nice move! As for the light box, i think u might need to lighten up the front a little bit more. The light seems very soothing to me now, just the front (the most important part) seems a little dark in comparison. U need the light at the front to showcase your work. Just my 2 cents worth

The previous post was dued to a recent chat with one of the participant, whose attitude really p*ssed me off.  He didnt bother to check the thread(he just started the chat ask me anything changed, cause he doesn;t want to visit the thread), he has not interest in interacting or having friends with members from LYN, even for mid year, he is too "Lazy" to bring his kit for display. All he wants is the sinanju....

If one wants to have the sinajau, i totally can understand. but giving this "dont-give-a-f*ck" to anything other than the prize, i got a little demotivated.

At least from your replys, i realised i oversee something, sometimes members do visit here, but they dont reply because they have nothing to say.... Huhu i guess i was too stupid to jump into some wrong conclusion earlier. My apology....
Anyway, i have talked to VincC, that i think both of us will chuck out something and add 2 more awards. Basically they r a special prize picked by both judges, one from LYN n one from pla-zone. Probably we will call it "LYN special Pick/Award" n "pla-zone Special pick/Award". Will not update the main page now becasue we r still digging our pocket n find the best kit we could with the money we could buy.... huhu dont call us cheapskate...
Again, let's hope can see you guys during mid year. Whether winner or not, we will put your stuff on display if u dont mind. We just want to rock the mid year!!!!

As for hobbimax, we will put every submitted kit, a small photo, in the participants list. Of course winners will have his own featured page. If u do not want us to put your entry kit photos, pls do let me know. Or if u want a name other than your nickname in LYN or Pla-zone, pls do inform me too.
