Rayloke, do remove seam line allowed for snap build?
*
yes. as long as u make it invisible. Using putty will not work because there will be no color to cover it. u will have a patch of gray....

since this GB are base on internet and also judging also from internet (judged by looking at the photos only)
so you guys need to have a good picture to avoid loosing points

taken from some website....this is how roughly the idea on how to set up your cheap simple shooting booth

and even using your phone camera will produce nice result (but i still recommend you to use proper PnS camera at least)

setup is something like this using 2 table lights, 1 DIY diffuser and 1 white card/board/styrofoam (to bounce the light and reducing shadows)
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

the diffuser are made from cardboard box and the filter are made from tracing paper
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

do note if you only have phone camera to shoot with unproper lighting, you might lose points even that how nice you finish your kit.... if you picture are unclear and blur

so do take some effort borrowing proper camera or go to ICW to snap your photos

...also i keep reminding this, its good to have a picture with just one color background
i saw some pictures here with white upper background but below is black, pls try to use just one color

yes, totally agree with VincC.

Bad photography in an online GB or competition, means all your effort goes down to drain.....

Actually if u go to the thread u posted, there r already some comment on your kit ady.... actually your photos, out of focus is the main problem.

For OOB, yes, it's the section under snapfitter zone - Gunpla zone.

http://www.pla-zone.com/index.cgi?board=g

There r already a few threads by other participants opened there ady. u can post there. Do check out other people's work n give some comment if u want smile.gif
