Hi guys, about the gathering n prize giving ceremony on this Sunday:

Venue: Sg Wang, Mid year competition floor. There r some tables n chairs in the middle in front of Litt Tak counter,. We r using those tables for display n photography.

Time: Normally Bandai's prize presentation is around 3pm n finish about 4pm. If everything remains, then after Bandai/Litt Tak's prize presentation, when we can about to clear the cabinet, we do our own prize giving. I would estimate the time being 5pm.

Itenary:

1. Collect everyone's kit, display on table, do some group photography.

2. Prize giving n door gift . Talk cock sing song.

3. VincC will arrange a professional photographer to shoot individual kit (He will provide a simple backdrop) mainly to feature everyone's work in Hobbimax as participants.

4. See everyone's time, if free can go for makan oso.


Note: ASAP, if possible, pls do gimme your hi res photos n writeup for the tierren. i try to give to hobbimax n if manage to make it before their deadline, then our event n everybody's photos will be up on the issue come out at end July...

Hi, guys, (Sorry admin for bringing up old thread again...) do check out the next issue of hobbimax. It supposed to have our GB photos n kits showed in next issue.

I believe it's not out in the market yet, but soon, i believe!!!!!

not the current issue. probably will be out end of sept......

Added on September 7, 2012, 12:24 pmoh btw, since u guys brought this up, yeah, AFTER year end, we r planning for another group build: name hasn't finalized yet, but it will be something like "One step forward" or similar concept.

As it name, the idea of the group build is to encourage participant to try ONE, just ONE extra thing they have not tried doing before. Eg, panel inking, waterslide decal, putting pla plate, fully color the kit etc etc.

yeah, goto newstands that carry hobby, anime, or gaming magazines. Better chance, try those areas where they carry more Malay magazines.

For PJ area, usually i buy from the shop in SS2 near the dim sum place (I habis bought from them though ), tmn megah (Oso beside the dim sum shop), and highest chance, try amcorp mall the mamak newstand in ground floor.

Guys, i m so happy at least Hobbimax give us 3 pages of overall coverage and few pages for the champion work for each categories
