Latest edition of Skills challenge as Suarez and Coatez trying to beat current winner Henderson.

Suarez the comedian..

Added on April 21, 2012, 1:44 pmThe importance of Lucas:

"It may surprise you to hear this, but with Liverpool FC having played 33 games this season, with only 5 games remaining, Lucas Leiva is still Liverpool’s top tackler."

QUOTE(Adryan @ Apr 23 2012, 01:24 AM)
Fair enough, Kenny can be criticised/questioned for his tactics and selection of first eleven but  the thing is, we are not playing badly.

We've got possession, we've got half chances, we've got corners, we've dominated alot of teams but it stops there. We need to score goals.

And as always the case why does it take the opposition one chance in the half to score goal but we've gone 30 shots without one? Could luck not have given us a 0-0 at least.
*
Just because you dominated possession and everything else in the game does not mean you deserve to win the game. Take the Barcelona vs Chelsea game for example. In the end, the goals are the main factor in the game. You score, you win. Doesn't matter how long you hog the ball. If you fail to score, it means you're not better than the team who's had so little on the ball but walked away with the 3 points.

And I'm getting tired of this "luck" crap. Been hearing a lot this season.......

But you know, I really feel for Kenny. I know he cares a lot about this club but it seems like his tactics aren't working as well as he'd hope it would be at the club. Anyways, chill a bit guys. The end of season is nigh. I think Kenny and the owners will make the right decisions for the sake of the club. Based on his post-match interview, I think he knows about this. If he leaves, he leaves with pride and dignity, knowing that he had the chance to manage one of the greatest team in the world, and his beloved team, Liverpool. Also, we all knew BPL was already over for us since the last few games. Till then, YNWA and long live the KING! smile.gif

This is the first time since Woy's era where I just can't fking wait for the season to end.. Probably one of the worst PL record ever for Liverpool. No CL again for next season.

Oh how i miss this......

I doubt Pep gonna come. City, Chelsea and probably Spurs(if harry leave for England) gonna lead the race.Definitely not us. Where are we? 8th, fighting for 7th... His chance of coming is lesser than the probability of me hitting a jackpot tongue.gif
*
He said he left because of too much pressure. I doubt he's gonna come to Chelsea since Roman is just plain crazy. Arsenal has Arsene Wenger. The only possible clubs IMO, are Spurs and Liverpool.

So it's true we're offloading Carroll this summer? Gaston Ramirez is now a very high probability...

Fuark, I miss Riise. Though, didn't he say he wouldn't play for any English club when he left? Or something along that line? Correct me if I'm wrong.
*
Yeah man. He was my favourite back then. It was so much joy watching the man play on the field for Liverpool. He has so much passion for the club and he even talked about spending the rest of his career but Liverpool but god knows what happened.... cry.gif
He fell out of favour against Aurelio and look where is Aurelio now icon_question.gif

I hope the KOP give him at least some claps or chant his name before the game. He deserves that.. I know he's very proud and still love Liverpool as well.

It would be great if we can get some of our most influental ex-players for loan when the next season starts. If Arsenal and United can do it, why not us? Would love to have players like Riise to play for us again, even if it's just for a while.

... and don't forget

Riise makes his emotional return to Ainfield

"If they wanted me back they could have made an effort. I know a few of the fans wanted me back."

"I achieved a lot when I was at Liverpool and this is my type of football."

So many winning records get broken at Ainfield this season. Ainfield is no longer a fortress for us. I'm sad, angry and disappointed. I hope KK can win the cup this weekend or I'm afraid he's gone.

Man... this is why I rarely come here anymore. The fans are divided. It's ok to voice your opinion, but you're doing it wrong.
*
I don't think anyone has the right to tell the fans on how to support their team....

£50m loss

Oh boy big loss when the Yanks have only been in charge for a year.

Winning is the most important

QUOTE
“Just winning is the most important thing and the most memorable,” Dalglish said.

So the King has spoken. In the end winning is the most important thing. Nobody cares if we play "above-average" football but still lose in the end. Nobody remembers how you lose a match. It's how you win so the next person who says "it's okay even if we lose because we played great football" is gonna get some slapping in the face
