What's the best makeup remover in the market that can effectively removes waterproof sunscreen, foundation and mascara? My skin is super acne prone and I need a good remover to make sure that my pores wont be clogged.

Recommendations? Thanks!

i find dermalogical is good. actually, for acne skin need to cleanse probably.
i have acne and sensitive skin and i always cleanse twice with cleansing milk and wash with my facial wash.

i have normal skin type, using biore make up remover. it works very good for me, can easily remove waterproof mascara even without using cotton pad. you may give it a try and the price is super affordable. smile.gif

maybe acne prone skin could be sensitive to mineral oil.

look for some cleansing oil without mineral oil such as the one from kracie; however watsons does no longer carry it. the other place where i saw it is stardust at farenheit.

HABA's cleansing oil too doesn't have mineral oil.

recently, i have tried dr cilabo's cleansing oil (the green bottle). i was just using the sample and oh boy! i love it! planning on getting the full size once my biore cleansing oil is finished. however, i am unsure if that has mineral oil.

or you may use water base make up remover; however it's not as effective as cleansing oil when comes to sunscreen and waterproof stuffs.

what's your take on the biore cleansing oil? is it worth the price and does it remove all the makeup and gunk?

yup! so far so good to me but of course i prefer dr cilabo's over biore as it's so much lighter. but if you are on budget, biore cleansing oil is way to go. happy.gif

ohh i almost forgot. you may wanna try out DHC cleansing oil as well but of course it's more expensive than biore. Biore is RM19.90 and sometimes you may get it cheaper during sales.

as for DHC their olive cleansing oil is RM99.90 (if i am not mistaken) and their mild cleansing oil is RM59.90. I wanna try out the mild cleansing oil one day. hehe!

not bad for light make up remover as it's water based. however, if you are using products with shimmer, it's a bit hard to remove plus waterproof mascara? not that effective. but if you are light make up user like me daily (which i don't really use mascara most of the days), then yeah it's good to go.

fasio makeup remover rm21
this is my favorite..but hard to find..now all places no stock

while looking for new stock, i'm using biore cleansing wipes
biore also got makeup remover liquid type, but i found that the remover is not as good as fasio. fasio is very mild yet removes all makeup. biore is quite oily and sting my eyes. so i go for wipes which is better! price rm25 or less

I still prefer fasio makeup remover. because liquid one we can control the amount. if wipes, u want to remove eye makeup only but need to take out 1 wipe, use around 30% of 1 piece of wipes and throw the rest. wasting product. wipe also can dry one sad.gif

but in my case, i still waiting for fasio makeup remover
so i have to use biore wipes for now, no choice

i am not sure if they are going to restock fasio's product? i feel that fasio is going to discontinue in malaysia due to the sales? not too sure but looking at it... they didn't bring in fasio new products like how they bring in KATE and majolica and fasio's stuffs are constantly on promo. so, i guess once these items are all gone, Fasio might be discontinue at here.

that's my assumption of course.

I have combination skin/sensitive and acne prone skin, had tried many products to remove makeup, sunscreen and grimes of my face. So far, the most effective ones are: Klair's cleansing oil. It really removes all of the dirt. You can give it a try.

I have acne-prone combination skin too, am using ZA's Cleansing Foaming Gel, and my face feels clean (minus the dry/tight skin feeling) after 2 washes.

It's a 2 in 1 cleanser, since I'm a lazy bum, and the price doesn't hurt my wallet tongue.gif

Hope that helps. smile.gif

I'm using Biore's Cleansing Oil as well.

I used to use Cyber Colours Cleansing Oil (either in the pink or purple bottle, no difference after tried out both) but it's almost RM40 - during sales can get as low as RM35.xx but then, wasn't worth it since Biore's turned out to be cheaper in the long run.
