Hey guys,

DuskBin Esports is currently planning to organize a StarCraft 2 tournament for the local community and if we have good enough turn up, this could mean a consistent event for all StarCraft gamers here.

Whats even more exciting is that we will be having Gamania.Sen and a few other Taiwanese stars to help cast our event on Twitch.tv LIVE! in order to bridge up both communities since we have both English and Chinese speaking community.

Before finalizing on the details, I would love to do a public survey on a possible turn up for the event due to the extremely low turnout for the previous SpotGamers event (foreigners outnumbered the local!) It would be a disaster for us and the sponsors if we do not gather enough support for this.

The date is yet to be finalized but venue will be in one of the cyber cafes in Wangsa Maju, the pc specs and internet connection are definitely capable of running SC2 so dont worry about unforseen circumstances as DuskBin will do everything we can to ensure our event to be one of the most well organized event in Malaysia.

so thoughts? I need to know how many of you would turn up for this

date time venue n registeration fee~ n im good to go if no obstacle

hmm venue is in kl...
i feel that the venue and transportation poses a problem because the traffic condition in kl is quite severe...

can't you host it in student-oriented places like ftz/blitzone ?? i'm sure many college students will turnout.
the recent tourney hosted by taylor-esport club in ftz turned out to be quite a success if i'm not mistaken.

If you don't want to drive, you can take the LRT instead. The CCs are all walking distance away from the station. As a resident of Wangsa Maju for over 20 years, I'll tell you that Wangsa Maju plays host to a huge population of students from TARC and UTAR. And I've met a lot of players from Wangsa Maju in the previous 2 FXOpen Malaysian LANs. I'll definitely support and be there!

Just to inspire my sc2 brothers who live in or around KL, i am from Kuantan and i will come and join if the tournament is on weekend!! Weekdays need to work though sorry about that
