Can you successfully unzip it in phone using astro file manager. This is good enough test to verify download is good
Flashing takes 1 min+ n reboot about 2-3 mins

Are you sure you have full root
Test with root explorer. See whether you can add in or delete any unimportant file in /system folder

Upgraded my ext sdcard today to sandisk 64gb. Bought online garage sales cost rm260. Only last month was still rm500. Great performance. Old 32gb card only left 5gb n each time have to delete backups to maintain the 5gb free space. Now I have another 36 gb space left to use

Definitely correct. Sandisk normally higher than stated. My sandisk class 4 writes at 5.2 instead of 4.0. That is why I said performance is great. It is latest ultra SD card
My internal SD read only about 24mb/s n write 5.2mb/s

I format the card inside the phone once I put it in. I noted only 60.4gb available for use. Have read in various forum is better to format it inside phone first rather than use it directly out of box

Definitely a bad flash. Absolutely no auto restart or sod since on ver 4.3 to 5 to this latest version. I am using lp6 modem
Auto restart sometimes due to cracked apps . Remove such if you have installed such

Wipe data than all caches first, only flash the rom zip

Don't waste time on such battery software - it takes long time. Easiest just wipe battery stats in recovery mode if you want a fresh start on battery monitoring

There is no such option in ICs Stunner or any other AOPK/AOSP ICS roms

I prefer NOVA anytime as it is very stable , never ever crashes unlike Apex which gets temperamental at times
