After reflashing from Chinese Leak GB ROM in order to achieve full root, I flashed again to Stunner 5.0 and everything was perfect this time.
Tried copying 2GB of video from Mac directly to microSD card through the USB mode of Stunner 5.0 and it works flawlessly right now as Benny had said earlier.
I know there are some people who have SOD while trying to copy via the USB cable. I too had the problem earlier but no more after reflashing.
Not too sure what the problem was. Could be due to half-rooted problem. Maybe it's also related to the Stunner ROM where the microSD card is now located at /mnt/emmc/ instead of the usual externalSD location

After been using SGN 3months++, I think now is the right time to root it.

I have seen a lot methods in xda forum but not sure which is Mr. Right. Could anyone tell me the right way?

I'm using latest Samsung official version N7000DXLC2 currently. Also is there any way to backup my phone (include application and data) before root?

I'm planning to flash a prerooted rom rather than downgrade it. The link you provided found many roms which is confusing me  Which is the best version for me? Any version also will work for me even my existing is LC2? I wish not to wipe my data.
