Why not just straight away start a new one?

Buying over a company with license is faster and cheaper then to start up. Thank you for your concern orange.

For your information, starting a pawnshop in urban area will requires a deposit of RM 3 millions in cash compared to RM 2 millions in non-urban area. This is part of the requirements by the authority. By buying over an existing one will requires more. Have you considered about this?
