Novus X comes with 4 items : Leather seats, Body Kit, 3M Tint (KP Series ) and Video Camcorder. There is also a NOVUS emblem/logo at the back of the car. On average, the first 3 services on the 1st year cost about RM 200 per service. Subsequently, you need to budget about RM 800 in a year for 2 times service (every 10,000 km or 6 months interval). Meaning, when you add up the 2 services in a year, total would be around RM 800+. Sometimes there is normal and major service, so the cost fluctuates but on average, it would cost you about 800 in a year.

There is a waiting list at all outlets nationwide, but it is not very long. The problem is the supply of the stocks from Korea which is very very limited, thus that is why the waiting period is quite long. Kia Rio is the world best selling model for the Kia marque and the demand just outstripped the supply .
