anyway, i'm not looking into full exhaust piping. I've got my extractor, just looking for a good midbox ranged rm300-400, and another good muffler for rm400-500.

my price can fit at ah heng? icon_question.gif

Kisah benar :

Last year aku wat keta aku standard ja Civic EK SO4 kat JFA..Total dari nenas sampai tabung belakang rm3800 tapi JFA da tak macam dulu pekerja pun Myanmar ja adoii..Lepas tu performance drop sebab dia balun pakai straight muffler..Nak wat camna sebab time pasang aku tinggal ja keta kat sana petang baru amik.Silap aku gak ler takley tunggu sebab 3-4 jam gak katanya baru siap.Harga tu untuk dua tabung + piping + muffler belakang..Result = Keta xbley blah...haishhh

Bulan 4 hari tu ada member bagitau pasal EXSS WORKS ni sebab dia pun da pasang kat Wira standard dia aku pun pi la usha sebab member aku racun kata pickup n top ada plus consumption minyak save banyak.Aku pon pi kedai dia jumpa brader Shahrom x silap aku , benda pertama dia usha dulu extractor.Kalau korang dah pakai custom extractor ke apa , dia advice untuk pakai tukar ke standard balik.Sebab aku punya da memang stendet mandet , aku cuma kena wat tukar dua tabung tengah (tabung tengah ni memang takde la jual kat Wai Heng ke Wei Yip ke biggrin.gif) , piping ngan muffler belakang.Gelak dia bila tengok muffler belakang aku pakai straight flow.Total semua RM2200 skali ngan muffler tip titanium.Siap pasang amik masa dekat 3 jam gak la.Hasil keja memang aku puas ati dari mandrel bend sampai welding.Even welding muffler tip tu pun dia welding dari dalam bukan luar.

Da siap aku pun test dari kedai dia kat Setapak otw balik ke opis kat Kelana Jaya (kes mengular ni ekzos punya pasal)..First impression memang best dari segi pickup ngan top yang memang sebelum ni keta aku x penah dapat (dah la keta auto lak tu)..Pedal tekan sikit ja n memang smooth panjat bukit.Weekend aku p naik Genting xyah langsung drop gear balun pakai D ja keta auto.Consumption minyak aku isi RM50 dapat gie 275km..Jangan tanya sebelum ni consumption minyak aku berapa , memang tahap bedebah kuat gila makan minyak.

Conclusion : Memang berbaloi g wat kat EXSS WORKS ni.Aku takdak benefit/komisyen ke apa ke.Aku cuma cerita based on experience.Tu sebab keta aku Honda , keta budak opis aku Saga kereta kebal isi full tank p balik Terengganu dapat 600km siap ada belen dua takuk lagi.Huh lagi save berganda2 dari aku (depends kat keta ngan mods la).Walaupun harga pricey sket tapi gerenti puas ati la compare masa aku wat kat JFA lagi mahal tapi...hurmm(bukan nk kondem tapi ni cerita betui)..

Usha la FB dia search EXSS WORK..Ni no tokey dia nama Shahrom-0123085152..

p/s : Tak semestinya macam kes keta aku kena buat semua..Kalu takde budget dia leh recommend buat yang mana dulu ikut budget.Kalau budget tak cukup dia suggest wat dulu dua tabung tengah , lain kali datang wat plak piping , last skali baru muffler belakang..Ikut budget la smile.gif

if i want to add chrome tip finishing to my exhaust, do i need to do welding on it?

Anyone know how much it will be to remove catcon and replace with standard bullet?please recommend any reliable exhaust shop near cheras or shah alam...

kaki exhaust is way out from Ijal/Exss/Jian Hang/Pz league laaa.. hahahahha good option to remake exhaust if wanna sells car...

U have to realize first that the best computer calculated exhaust aftermarket tuning parts will only gain u 2HP max. 2HP max!!! What do u expect? The BIG difference is they will move the power band upper or lower. Hence changing revs or torque entry. U can dyno all u want. 2.5 HP max form a RM5000 exhaust system that changes the sound and where the power comes from. It is not worth it. Straight pipe without baffles or muffler or cat also will not gain u any more power increase than u want. Seriously big pipes are only useful for turbo cars because they can vent out more boost. That is why if u already have the PZ exhaust manifold, which probably changed the engine characteristic where power comes early, then there will be no gains to get from changing any of the mid sound baffles or rear muffler. Think about it. Eventually u go dyno before and after, u gain 1HP, but graph shows difference in where peak RPM and torque is reached. nod.gif

Then u realize that an engine is like a vacumm cleaner. Having a big vent out makes no point if the suction is small. All that 2000watt of power wasted on not picking up enough dirt.
