Tegra is overrated.

PS1 on Fpse and GBA on gameboid > tegrazone.
*
so true. i bought many many Asus Transformer units for my family, and normal htc phones as well, and i can tell ya that while earlier (like say, a year ago?) tegra2/3 might be the wow thing in android. but the poor acceptance of tegra into the android ecosystem (tegra vs everybody else) has made very very little impact on gaming. bought a few tegra games, and when tested against non-tegra devices not really that much of a difference to feel.... special? laugh.gif

i think the nvidia name has a lot more value than the actual value itself.

i don't get butthurters over a damn phone la.

if you don't like/hate/cannot afford (prolly the real truth laugh.gif ) quad core phones, then why are you here? so you can whine and tell us how you hate quad core over the glorious single core?

maybe because there are guys here that really care about these butthurters..... anybody?

this phone is GREAT. One X is also GREAT. This phone can cabut battery, which is a WIN for me.

and when your display is >300 ppi, vs a >315ppi phone, pentile or not it makes absolutely no difference in real world usage.

btw, I'm betting that the 64GB variant won't be released so soon, especially in Msia. unless anybody can HOPEFULLY tell me otherwise biggrin.gif

ya since it since it got microsd slot expandable
*
that is true, but android 4.0 specs doesn't put much importance to external storage (since 3.0 actually) as your normal android 2.2 and up. that's why things like app2sd doesn't work on android 3.0 and up.

My Transformers and a Xoom punya /sdcard folder is not actually the SD/MicroSD card, but it's just a folder in the internal storage. my 3D games, mapping, shipping, geology apps + data always takes >32gb, so i have to shuffle installing/uninstalling those things every now and then.... damn annoying i tell ya.

i can always hope that the app/ game devs would allow you choosing where you want to install your data, but this goes against google's policy and usage of android 4.0 having a (not really) unified storage system.

QUOTE(soulseeker6187 @ May 4 2012, 11:54 AM)
putting >2100mAh battery is an improvement. biggrin.gif
*
judging from the size of the battery, i think they too have discovered a way to re-arrange the battery circuitry to pack in more mAh in the battery....

...... just like Apple did. So IMHO you can bet your ass apple's gonna start suing again shakehead.gif

i, on behalf of samsung, would like to apologise for the disappointment that tens of thousands of people at samsung that worked and helped to create this phone to get your approval.

QUOTE(ken2291 @ May 4 2012, 12:59 PM)
around 10 pages back, some forumers really said they'll take photos underwater with their phone. It's still up to the users hw to use it in the end, it may not be useful to us but might be useful to others smile.gif
*
which is why there's always a waterproof casing for popular phones for "the others" doh.gif

economies of scale hellooo?

trolls and haters, don't you have better things to do in life than declaring your hatred to a damn phone that nobody really don't want to listen? a phone that nobody has yet to even see in real life?

Very soon , after ip5 is released. U will see many "innovation" from samseng again.
Maybe s4 or s3 advance.

quick question, do you get paid to be a troll? or are you just doing this for free?
