Because of the SOC.
Windows Phone 7 platform run exclusively on Qualcomm's SOC while Samsung prefers own Exynox SOC for their high end Android devices.

Whatever it is I have to congratulate Samsung for keeping almost everything secret about SGS 3.Only iPhone & Nokia N9 (only proper picture leaked few hours before the announcement) managed to keep secret regarding device detail.

Will the S2 price dropped tremendously followed by S3 launch? I'll grab one if it does biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

price may drop but ...
In penang..if u are a handphone dealer..if u order gnote,s2,s advance..need to bundle at least with 2 corby and 1 cocunut...so they try to markup the price as high as they can ..so easy to clear these cheap phone
