The feature I think it just play with accelerometer+proximity sensor combo.
The same feature might trigger by holding the phone upright and cover the upper part of the phone.

SGS 2 using super amoled but sgs 3 using HD super amoled with 1280x720 resolution. i fancy with this HD resolution so its kinda new for me from sgs 2 to sgs 3

S3 nevertheless. Spec wise impressive and loaded with new functions. Still will get my vote.

i think samsung is not targeting S2 user with S3, they are targeting the S1, and other mid end phone. for me from S1, S3 fulfill every S1 user desire, LED notification, more core, more storage. bigger screen.

so most bashing come from S2 user...
