Wondering what kind of people will rent this 800fts condo/ apartment?

Definately not those working in cyberjaya/ KL/ PJ.

Also, this areas don't have much University students.

The only potential tenant is " worker in Balakong factory or Sales person Working in Jusco, can they ok to spend Rm1,000/ month to rent a unit?

If the MRT completed. Live in Balakong and work in KL/PJ look more likely. ( But , why like in Balakong if you can live in Semenyih?)

You better think twice before you buy this.

oh. i have 2 biji in south city and one heritage mines la.

I hear Iranian will become poorer (from Mr tenant) due to the oil export block by usa . So i recently not continue renting to Iranian but to this Oman student.

This developer so far doing small project only. High risk la( high return).

Just back from jade hill.

I am more on the jade hill SA. higher investment but could be higher gain later.

The sales staff informed jade hill building road to impIan ehsan and reaching silk Highway.

Also a plan development like dpc . But all low density building

cemetery wont relocate lah, as i said before, its small scale and old cemetery, long long time no new corpse buried there redi. Its like ancestors, long long time already apply reborn redi. Want to find ghost spirit also susah.

I saw a documentary before, somewhere in indon, those old and abandoned cemetery, they doing prostitution there. Wow, indon! memang boleh

The mrt already awarded to mtd la. 100meters from kfc batu 11.

I think. the construction in front of jusco is multi level car park. My pasar malam friend hear jusco going to extend mall into current open parking lot.

You r from this areas. pls check the construction sign abroad for us. thanks

More condo to be lanch soon infronnt of jusco ( from junction cheras jaya to factory "polution eng "

along silk highway u can see so many empty land.

Also one empty land used to be a textile Taiwan factory just next to furniture showroom.

For those not yet bought this condo.

it might be worth to wait as it is not next to "kubur"
