same here, similar situation for me... Dev selling the prop without AP/DL..but receive 5k as booking fee..issue to lawyer... and within few days...cheque cleared..

But after 6 month waiting... finally signed SNP...

RM 320 psft after 5% rebate niah. cheap cheap leh, last weekend i go showroom got nice nice unit. u will love the amenities surrounding there. easy access and condo got sky lounge  drool.gif

Peri peri bro, the i residence is the one at Mahkota cheras arr?where exactly the showroom? sorry not too sure about this,...

If compare Bayu Sentul, further bit got 1 Panorama Condo, freehold and 1000 sqft above, Last time gt chance to grab at below 390K, after that give up because the location not so good for me... Now with this Bayu come out, seem that 1 quite good buy.. smile.gif
