why don choose Suria Residence @ Bandar Mahkota Cheras for a 1256ft2 for rm 270k, free 2 car parks and maintenance only rm 140 per month? BMC much nearer to KL compare Mewah Kajang

I passed by the site for the "new balakong condo" yesterday, the earthwork and platform almost finished which ready for piling works. Wah Seh! so aggressive and fast rclxub.gif

no worry, i always believe the developer had en-bloc the whole unit facing the terrace for their next official launch once AP obtained. Then we will gain 10% on paper once they soft launch it.

BTW, with this budget, u can check out the new condo in Bandar Mahkot Cheras, Iresidence by Myproperty Builder Sdn Bhd. Very nice concept and starting rm320psft only after disc.
