Bro, heard of Pujangga Budiman? very active in sg long and mahkota cheras. Project of Cheras Vista, Desa Budiman, Seri Budiman, Putra Budiman. They also dont have web site. Office in balakong too.

loan approved. will retain it for my future investment as i noticed mahkota cheras booming the commercial lot like crazy.

Your friend dont like the iresidence condo. Still got good unit and 5%/10% discount. It is a good concept condo and near to 2 schools and shoplots. Its very good for investment and own stay too.

but apartment and shop lot got.

i visited their newly completed apartment in mahkota cheras next to suria residence. Ok and acceptable. Dunno name radi, vista mahkota or mahkota residence

got blacklisted by KPKT, not sure how now http://www.kpkt.gov.my/kpkt/fileupload/pem...ngga_310711.pdf

but summon to developer quite common. Authority semua mahu $$$

imagine delay 1 month never update the project status in KPKT website, they straight compound rm 50k per project. who want pay? stupid government with stupid mentality.

no worry, got web site, goggle myproperty builder for iresidence at bandar mahkota cheras.

u will fall in love with the images inside. I love it too but i can afford for 5% rebates only.

Suria residence apartment by Suria land development s/b @ mahkota cheras - selling price after rebate starting rm210 psft

Iresidence boutique Condo by Myproperty builder @ mahkota Cheras - selling price after rebate starting rm320 psft

Window in the park Condo by Selangor Dredging Berhad @ Tun Hussien Onn - indicative selling price from 500 to 600 psft

Hard to tell, MRT may change plan from time to time, last heard was connecting from plaza phoenix via the connecting road to bandar tun hussien onn then punched thru behind C180 and tag along Silk highway until saujana impian and last depot somewhere around sg balak kajang. Its depends on how smooth is the land acquisition and take over of existing property.

Seanooi kor is senior, later sub sale might sapu from me, who know.
