but now is the election season especially Sept and Oct. najib definitely will post the budget 2013 on Sept before the election last due date on Oct 2012. Mean time for all the government servant, will be seize all operation from mid july until early Nov for Fasting month, Raya 1 bulan, Budget 13 and GE13. I dont think any Building Plan Aprroval will be granted before Vov 2012. my 2 cents
