i think the developer purposely en-bloc those units facing hussien onn terrace, once approval got definitely shoot like rocket. Now they release for the units facing silk highway. limited low floor unit. Suakasih road is impossible to connect. U know the Bandar Tun Hussien Onn Big Signage? that the level different. No way to connect

opps, around balakong and mahkota cheras still freehold. Hong soon completed quite a lot high rise apartment and condo in bandar mahkota cheras and alam damai.

At first, im also scepticle like u coz its rm5k deposit, then the SA clarifies a lawyer will be as stakeholder. Name issue to lawyer. The SA & developer cannot con my deposit, i also call up cheras hong soon and they confirm the SA & the lawyer. Im satisfy.

how worst can it goes for nowaday property market? if u enter in late, of course price shoot high. Now got the opportunity to registered your interest earlier to lock in affordable price.

Do you know about The Treez @ Bukit Jalil? the developer is a first timer and its previous main nature of business is supplying building materials, Lifomaz. People also sold out before launch.

Same goes to Prinsiptek aka main contractor in subang, they also developed their first high rise in jalan ipoh. no issue also.

If u ask around balakong and mahkota people, cheras hong soon quite established.

I just don wat myself regret later, "HAIZ SHOULD BOOKED IT EARLIER! MISS THE BOAT! WAIT OF OTHERS LOR"

Soli, just to share my view, those properties are good for own stay, but investment wise, so so, coz concept is different from new condo concept nowaday. No excitement. New condo offers great facility, high end living style, some even with shop and office at down stair.

Scoot garden is a great example, but set back is their entrance which always haunted by traffic jam.

Young people like new concept which i think this so called new condo is able to offered.

i don think there are any developer in the market so cheater want to con people deposit as long they or we can find others to replace with our deposit. One thing good for registering early is that the loan amount is not projected too high due to over speculation. Bank still manage to approve. But for those late comers or no more discount which the developer had raise the selling price bar, then, their loan might having problem says 75% or 80% of S&P to approve? By the time, susah susah, those late comer need to fork 10% + 5%/10% for the purchase. I think those ZEVA flipper still trying their luck now. Asking for any let go also cannot hit 1.

with gamuda price tag, out of my budget, paiseh, rm 300psft already tight tight to me. Jade hill is niche, but access still limited. Cheras hong soon no big big high rise done, only 10 level medium high apartment done alot. All fully sold. maybe affordable price tag.

lausy? hard to dispute as they did not specify any model or code for the ceramic tiles in any standard SPA. But we always can approach the developer for upgrade package like porcelain tiles, plaster ceiling, additional point points, skimmed finished wall. Most of the developer happy to do that. SP Setia Eco also doing the same for the premium buyers. Cant say much now, Building Plan also yet secured by them

I saw a documentary before, somewhere in indon, those old and abandoned cemetery, they doing prostitution there. Wow, indon! memang boleh
