Hi guys, good news, last saturday, pass by the batu 11, i saw the old shop next to the ex maybank and the Merz service centre had been demolished for the Balakong MRT station. Wow!

no worry lah, if the cheque bounce, the bank will penalty rm 100 or 200. i forgot how much, iam sure the developer or SA will call u to replace cheque. They so rich to sue sue? Jurisdiction in Malaysia took years.

Im issuing my cheque from my Full Flexi home loan current account. The rm5k still utilizing for me to offset the monthly interest on my home loan principle. nod.gif

so, all the taikors here, when should we all gather up at the sales office for the confirmed rebate, freebies, approved layout, car park location and facilities offered? We should know all the approved things before go or no go.

I just check in Suria Land Development office in Jalan Kasturi, they confirmed Cheras Hong Soon Development have no relation with them

phew, been visited the site just now, confirmed no piling rig yet. They still doing the hard material excavation for foundation works later.

Almost same concept, small land and high density. Authority approval can go up to level 32 only.

Earlier i thougt they so generous giving 1.5m x 1.5m porcelain tiles, then they say is 1 1/2 feet ceramic tiles. Yucks. Will ask them if got upgrade package

No problem, but u should get this as investment. I think risk is quite low. MRT may not near but a lot busses passes this condo every hour, by then, mrt transit should be available. Its just a 4 minutes drives to balakong station. If u ask me the window on the park deep inside abit, its also near to MRT but no bus will reach there. This condo main selling point is next to main road and ready with public transport. Go north to future mrt, go south to ktm.

They clear my cheque last week, i called the yong, he say building plan obtained, AP only available mid of sept. so, ready your doc is u want to get loan, or ready ur mont blanc pen if ur CASH is ready. Time to rumble. Its my 1st condo, so kan chiong.
