Hie TS, im one of the victim for your case... but i got my money back the next day i purchase the hdd from him.. is there anything you want me to help you with?

yes.. you can verify your hdd serial number... by using HD Tunes, WD diagnostic tools... you can go to the WD website to register your product... to see if the S/N match with your P/N.. and etc..

basically.. ts cannot do anything right now... just file a case and sue the seller... try to call or text the seller.. the time when i called him, he was actually quite scared also.....

when i plug in and check using the WD diagnostic tools, it said it's unknown device and consists of 537gb... the reading speed and transfer speed is extremely slow also....

i went to the booth directly the next day after i purchased from the seller.... and i request the fellow's number also..
