I just made a layout for my new website. I have 2 question here.

1.Where should I slice the image? I've no idea where to slice to get the best result.

2.When I save, all the slices is save in GIF. How can I change it to JPEG?

Please help. Thank You.

when you slice, actually you're making tables.. so just figure out how does tables works as html .. when you save for web.. find the option box and pick gif files
