TriggerHappy is a patent-pending camera remote to control your DSLR or high-end point-and-shoot camera with an iOS or Android device. Help us fund manufacturing and development so you can get a TriggerHappy remote!

TriggerHappy consists of:

TriggerHappy Unit - A one meter cable with a very small, embedded signal processor that connects you camera to your phone
TriggerHappy App - will be available in the Apple App Store and the Android Market

You get the TriggerHappy Unit that connects your smart phone to your camera and access to the TriggerHappy App in the Apple App Store and Android Market.

The TriggerHappy App includes:

Simple camera trigger
Bulb functionality for long exposures from 1 second to as long as 24 hours.
Time-lapse mode. A complete intervalometer. Shoot time lapses with HDR and bramping too. See below.
HDR mode. Shoot up to 9 shots with 16 EV stops. Bracketing is varied by changing the shutter speed.
Bramping aka bulb ramping can be used when shooting time-lapses from day to night, etc. It works by changing the exposure over time provide smooth transitions for varying light.
Other features in development:

A way to trigger the camera when the accelerometer data of the phone changes.
Face detection. When a face enters the phone's view, the camera can fire.
Lightning detection.
Audio waveform detection.

Is this available for sale in Malaysia?

I've read about a similar app+device called TriggerTrap, but apparently that one is not available locally.
