How do you read the water meter? the instructions here :

I agree. The example give should read as 8326.9128 m³ = 8326 m³ and 912.8L. Note that 1 cubic meter is 1000L.

I don't remember if the meter is always 4 digits black, 4 digits red. What I remember is, you read the block of numbers on the left. The colour change is where the decimal point is.
