Why not get a phone from Digi, via EPP?
IINM, it's interest free.

Digi's having their extended warranty promotion.
With EPP, you get the phone + plan for a cheaper price too.

Rather than buying at a higher price, and then paying even more for a plan.
Try giving a look: http://www.digi.com.my/landing2.do

senheng sells at the standard rrp, but yes got 3 years warranty (1 year samsung + 2 years senheng). i bought note from them with 0% installment, though there was a rm30 transaction fee or something. see if your card is found here: http://www.senheng.com.my/promotions_extra_privileges.asp

buy from sengheng better than those handphone shop.

those stupid fcker will use the phone for a few weeks before they sell it.

if u found a cheaper price, because they give you fake charger that takes forver to charge.

the length of the period depends on your credit card company, they will give according to that. the monthly would be price of phone + 1% transaction fee / months

the 1% is standard transaction fee to use the 0% installment scheme if not mistaken. the period is either 12 or 24 months depending on your card.

Hi, Would like to ask is the customer service of Sen Heng good? Eg. after buy phone if got any problem, will they take responsibility to help us process with the warranty..cause I heard my friends experiencing problems for warranty when they buy laptop from seng heng.

Another question is, is there any hidden terms that we don't know for the extra warranty by seng heng.

Suggested to buy from telco or shops like seng heng, harvey norman?

Thank you.

dont ever buy from senheng and senq if possible. me and a friend had encounter very bad after sales service. And the extended warranty isnt worth it coz you need to keep ur membership active in order to claim from the extended warranty.

Just to share with all of you, if you were to buy Iphone/Ipad from Senheng or SenQ, getting PWP screen protector RM99 or Casing with SP bla bla RM2xx-4xx is NOT a MUST.

Please refer to the link below:

Look for comment from Mr Lawrence Ee (DD 30/12/12, 16.56pm) and replies from Senheng.

Happy shopping!

Mbf can convert payment to 0% for purchase above 1000 anywhere.
So why buy from sengheng when outside is cheaper?
