from my experience, the teachers will give you a as long as you finish on time. My moral folio die die kena kejar by teacher. hantar only 3 weeks before spm. she never potong marks one. The potong marks things is just a way to scare the student

3 days before pms I got irritable, emotional and feel really tired. 1-2 day before I also get one huge zit usually on my chin ugh! Then get cramps when starting if mild one can go away with Tylenol. I usually have it for about 5 days total. All the while will back ache and head aches and I always feel like I'm cold.

Got cramp, once in a blue moon lor, maybe once or twice in a year, n for about 2 days every time it come.
