I've been surveying about this MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series for weight loss and to lose some of that belly fat.

i came across two things which is the capsule and the ignition stix. looking from the price, it's :-

Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series (120's) - RM150
Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series (30's) - RM50
Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series Ignition Stix (40 Stix) – RM155

i really need to lose this fats of mine since i play rugby and i need to gain speed faster plus i'm on a lil tight budget here.

please do advise and explain to me since i'm totally newbie in this muscle supplement part and all. thank you so much for helping me though

If Ur a Muslim, I've been told by reps from GNC store that Hydroxcut capsules is not halal. The stix is okay.

ouch. so my only option is the stix then? thanks brah. normally, how many days will 40pcs of stix suffice?

Pretty much the same I guess. It increases Ur metabolism & burns fat as primary fuel, at least that was the manufacturer's claim. I bought it for RM170 from forumer flex_nutrition, bought 1 initially, then added another. One bottle is 100 capsules, good for 25 days if U take 4 a day. When I first started I was at 84-85kg, 18-19% BF, now after about 2 months, I'm down to 79kg, around 16% BF (that was taken using my weighing scale, if use measurements it's 15% BF). I've been maintaining the same workout program but now I've a much leaner body than before of course. I used size 36 pants then, now I'm down to 33 & my quad size has gone down too, without any loss of strength.

i would recommend oxyelite .. but then if u are in tight budget then u can try api fat burner advance .. dono about the side effects .. i would say it depend on individual .. one more option is lipo 6 UC( not the lipo 6 black version but ultra concentrate). the UC series is halal if i am not wrong .. i tried b4 .. works well but then i feel like overdose everytime i took .. so i gave up on it ..

r all these fat burners really worked? if it can burn.a further 600 calories then.its ok..but people tend to be mistaken as to take it and sit back n b a couch potato..

i took capsule one last time...i guess its the same

Best add up some workouts for fat burner to work. And start controlling what ur daily calories intake.

Fat burner b4 workout = Great. Those caffeine in fat burner can boost up ur performance and and also help u to lose more fat.
