Tried the 5-6 meal method. No difference for me in terms of result. It just felt more irritating. Broscience sux. Lol.

Why dont you try sitting in a Far Infrared Sauna? Each session burns 600-900 calories?
Weight loss = Calories in < Calories Burn, so this way you get some calories burnt.
My2 cents.

Hey all,

I'm starting to lose weight lately, but not sure if my method is consider "alright"

I go to gym 3 times every week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and sometimes an extra.

My routine:
15min cycling + (2-5minute of cooldown *auto set by the machine*)
10min threadmill *speed 4~5.5* + (5minute of cooldown)
10~30min of muscle training (do 4 sets and each set 10 times)
lastly, at least Swimming for 20 laps (normally about 20minutes)

is that consider okay?

If you have dripping sweat and out of breathe while exercising, you will surely losse weight provided you eat the right food.

Try sitting in FIR Sauna, NOT the normal sauna u see in the gym. Each session burns 600 - 900 calories (more than running marathon) and only 30 minutes. You will loose weight safely and quite fast too.

There is a new therapy , just sit in FIR Sauna. Able to burn 600 - 900 calories. Google it up.
