I read one of the book saying tat frequent meals can increase metabolism. The reason behind is being when u eat frequent, u will not always feel hungry and end up eating over portion. When u split ur meal, u not really need to eat heavy food. u can eat fruits, oat biscuit, etc.
when u eat frequent, ur stomach will automatically digest the food coming in and subsequently increase its metabolism.
