I lost 3kg in just a week by eating lesser and only one or two meal of rice in the whole week.

Take the weight loss slowly man. I agree with cutting on rice, and thats no problem. Can replace with brown rice if you want. Do take additional protein and vege, and dont starve yourself.

Speaking from experience. I was previously peaking at 98-100kgs and cut down my weight to 70kgs in a span of 7 months. The biggest regret i have was to lose it so fast. The first 12-15 kilos came off easily. I was hitting the gym doing some basic presses and pulls, and always doing HIIT on the crosstrainer(ppl always starecock me cause it looks weird, but i don't care cause i achieved my goal). I then moved on to going for bootcamp, and hell that was painful, first week came back coming down the stairs leg like tofu. After that i took a few weeks break and started insanity programme. This was mentally torturing man rclxub.gif

It's satisfying to see the weight go down, the numbers matter, but only to a certain extent. Losing so much muscle is a problem. Now i spend my gym days bodybuilding to build some muscle, as i prefer to be meaty than skinny.

My advice is that, use inches and pictures as benchmarks and compare. Looking and feeling better is more important than the scale. Maintaining muscle mass is essential to keep metabolism up, and to prevent you from becoming fat again. Also, read up on nutrition, it's going to be probably the most essential factor for a weight loss program success.

P/s dont buy clothes halfway through sad.gif now become pyjamas lol
