is there any recommended fat burner products? either in the form of meds or product.. would like to get in shape instant with 3 times per week jogging and exercises

no .. what i mean is to make the fat burns faster .. im 92.6kg , 181 height .. want to drop about 80-70+

hello.. any advise for a heavy smoker to reduce weight? stamina is totally out, managed to jog for about 30 minutes, both calf can last about 20 minutes then start to tense.. no chest pain during jog, long and fast pace step, easily out of breathe.. can last 8 minutes in futsal non stop moving but not in jogging.

weight : 94.6kg,
height : 174cm..

can go longer jog if not for both of my calf starts to tense, have to stop and walk..

only eat once a day, dinner at 8 or 9pm.. no breakfast, launch only with bread and flavored water.. lack of plain water.. 5-6 pieces per day for cigarette (plan to stop for good)

hi. how do i loose lower belly fat? did daily 100 sit ups and crunches for 2 weeks now.. still cannot see the result


anyone know where to find this type of machine? been looking thru web and mudah.. quote me the price and where to find it tq.

Hi. I'm 184cm with weight of 92.7kg. Its been 3 weeks straight ive been jogging for 6 to 8K everyday except friday. Friends and family said that i do look slimmer and toned, however, recently i scale my weight and yet the value is still the same 92.7kg before jog (94.+kg)

my diet.
Morning - Scramble eggs (x2), high low milk
Afternoon - 4 pieces of wheat bread with 1 sausage + plain water
Evening - plain water and jogging for 6-8K
Dinner - veggies + 2 pieces of bread

how many months do i need to see a change towards my weight?
