guys i would like to ask that what meal should i take to lose weight?
currently 95kg 5'5, wish to lose to 70+ in one year time...
i'm trying protein diet + cardio around 30mins every morning before working...
so far results are satisfying, around 500g weight loss in 2 days.
here are my routine meal
1. Pre-workout (one whole banana or without food)
2. Post workout/Breakfast (2 Eggs + 2 slice of whole grain with tuna)
3. Lunch 11am (whole meal + 1xsteamed chicken breast)
4. 2pm snack (1x steamed chicken breast)
5. 5pm snack (1 piece whole grain bread)
6. 7pm dinner (vegetables + fish in half plate)
i wanted to change my meal to this formation
1. Pre-workout (whey protein shake)
2. Post workout/Breakfast (2 Egg white + 2 slice of whole grain with tuna)
3. 11am snack (whey protein shake)
4. 2pm Lunch (whole meal + 1xsteamed chicken breast)
5. 5pm snack (whey protein shake)
6. 7pm dinner (vegetables + fish in half plate)
Is it okay? or any recommendation from you guys...thank you~
