im planning to have cardio+diet to get healthy while losing weight also i dont want to gain anymore mass i want to lose all of my excess fat

Hi guys, CNY just ended and fats came pouring in during CNY if you know what I mean biggrin.gif well it's time for me to lose weight! I read about fixing diets/lifestyle change and gym(running and weight lifting).

I heard its important to have weight lifting but i'm worried of growing muscular, my arms are pretty large from my days of going to the gym last year and I don't want my chest and arms to grow any bigger so what should I do?
