Still when I tighten my ab, i can rub the six packs under 1-2inch layer of fat. If I can't get the six packs to push up, I just wanna get rid of the ab fat so when I relax my stomach (breath out) it does not look like a muffin top in a skinny low waist jeans. No offence to muffin.
Eat meat - ok, eat vege - ok, but here I thought lifting weights gonna get myself bulky like arnie which is the opposite result I wanna get. I just wanna get lean but cut and define muscle, definitely not aiming to look skinny, straight and a flat body.
