hi sifus..... well.. I've went from 103 kg to 92 kg in 5 weeks..... but i always skip breakfast and only eat once per day and i .... sometimes i ate 2 slices of bread with egg in lunch or teatime .. or full plate of vegetables ( spinach, cabbage, bean sprout, carrot and bla bla bla) and also fish for the protein.. and my question is. do i need to continue like this... im freak out when people said my diet plan too crazy... they said i will faint or stuff... do i? confusing right now.. =.="" LOL thanks ya sifus smile.gif

i do brisk walking around my house and play bullworker... never hit the gym.... is it ok? LOL... btw is it over-eating veggie bad for my diet plan? i have eaten veggie at least full plate per day since veggie are good for our health..

well now im 91 kg... so... im gonna get 75 kg in 5 or 6 month.... that is my goal then... veggie like cabbage, bendi , carrot , spinach and fish or egg(without oil) like semi-vegetarian.. do you think its possible..?

well, im on diet too...my workout plans are even worst... im managed to lose 15kg in 2 month and half and my eating plan are just eat veggies twice a day.. if i can do, why u cant? sorry... wanna make u keep motivate! haha smile.gif

Btw im lose from 103 kg to 87kg smile.gif

Well guys, i been trying to lose weight around 5 month and i did lose from 103kg to 78kg... I see my body still chubby a bit... So wanna ask sifus here, what is least exercise do you do per day to shape your body? FYI, i will walk bout 3km everyday... Is it enough?
