currently 168 cm , 60kg.

workout schedule, with a pace of 5 min 30 sec /km.

Monday - 13km
Wednesday - 10km
Friday - 7km
Sunday - 11km

For Sunday - Wednesday, dinner only drink soya or chinese dessert + some fruit.

Thursday-Saturday eat normal.

male, age 23, test by machine showed 168cm with 58.8kg, 15% body fat...any idea to reduce the body fat to 12% ?

running 4 times,and around 40km per week.
