I personally use the tactic of what Kevin Zahri teach which is calorie defisit, which means you take less calorie when you don't workout and calculate how many calorie you consume with the calorie you burn during workouts.
I also do Cardio with some weight for 3 days and pilates for 2 days, do it alternately so that your body would not use to it. I also love HIIT workout. And if your body is get used to the workout that you're doing then you might consider changing to other workout. you always want to challenge your body to the next level. ^^
