Greetings,
I'm 175cm with 70kg. About BMI, im sure, its quite fine.
My waist, i wonder is there any way to shed it off? Its like when you stand,slim ok ok. Once you sit, o my. Any suggestion? Thanks =)

Sure im fan of kuihbahulu, with eid coming---surely there will be much3.ahah
That is why Im wondering, where my exercise wrong. I done situps and other sets, I do get sweaty-and fatigue too. Why this cute tummy nver loose one.
