Most people give up half way to whatever program they're into, regardless with / without supplements.
Do more squats, lunges and pushups. That 3 works like a charm.

IMO. What you need is persistence and a lot of patience.

QUOTE(Arrio @ May 2 2013, 07:27 PM) THIS!!! But whatever exercises' programs, nothing outshine a good food intake. More about applying some tweaks in the food you put into your mouth I agree man. The only way u can really have good food intake is if u prepare it yourself. Otherwise ur lunch choices is only down to nasi lemak, nasi ayam, nasi goreng, mee goreng.... And anything with fried chicken of course. HahaSweet_pez - You can always start by keeping a food log. Really helps. Especially if u keep seeing fried chicken showing up. |

QUOTE(skycrawler @ May 3 2013, 01:48 AM) Hey guys, whey is good for fat loss or not? Planning to take elite whey and stop taking scivation xtend(bcaa). What do u guys think? 6 days a week? Ur damn power. I go to the gym 6 days per week, do diff body part on each day. Currently 89kg, loss 15kg from 104kg in Dec 2012. Do more cardio above 70% HR, that should help with the fat loss. RPM class is a good place to start. <3 |

Isn't lipo too extreme? Why give up when you're already reaching the finish line?
Do what Arrio says, crush it off. |
