Myths . U can eat all the protein shakes , fat burners , yogurts , nuts , eggs , chicken , fish and do all those fancy cardio workouts , but if you're not in a CALORIE DEFICIT as per what alien9 stated , ur belly will always be there. Remember though as ur weight drops (let's hope it's majority fat) ur needed calories has to be altered as well. U can't stay in a fixed amount of calorie and expect to lose those fat. Start calculating ur TDEE and ur needed calories for weight loss each time your weight changes.

Well, 6.2kg in a month is unrealistic even with perfect meal plan and workout routine (and rest) . Unless you're on AAS then 6.2kg in a month seems possible (of course with proper diet and all).

Or this could be newbie gains ?
