Myths . U can eat all the protein shakes , fat burners , yogurts , nuts , eggs , chicken , fish and do all those fancy cardio workouts , but if you're not in a CALORIE DEFICIT as per what alien9 stated , ur belly will always be there. Remember though as ur weight drops (let's hope it's majority fat) ur needed calories has to be altered as well. U can't stay in a fixed amount of calorie and expect to lose those fat. Start calculating ur TDEE and ur needed calories for weight loss each time your weight changes.Some say eating nuts does help overall fat reduction as long as the serving is small...
