i just started diet, today is my 4th day, but in these 4 days i took less than 800 calories per day....
according to IIFYM

My BMR is:
1631 CALORIES/DAY

My TDEE is:
1958 CALORIES/DAY

i selected Reckless 25% for Fat Loss % option
so is 1469 CALORIES/DAY

i'm going to change my diet plan....
