QUOTE(alien9 @ May 20 2014, 04:09 PM) It's ok, you can surely do what you want. No one forcing you, but I'll bet you one thing, the only one end result for you is skinny fat condition. Try google it. Can you explain about the insulin level thingy in losing weight? What's up with the "whole eating small meals throughout the day" trend? I thought the only thing that matters when losing weight is having a calorie deficit diet. |

QUOTE(Artic Monkeys @ May 23 2014, 04:53 PM) So to lose a fat belly you need to focus more on crunches is it? lol try doing 300k crunches and you still won't see the abs. You need to lose some of the fats in your body.I'm trying to lose mine, wear any shirts not looking good anymore =/ QUOTE(geno @ May 23 2014, 04:58 PM) I lost 11kg in 2months, mostly cycling 100-150km/week and workouts for my core. waa you eat so little and you still have energy to do heavy cycling+workouts?94kg down from 105kg. 178cm tall. No sweet drinks, oatmeal breakfast with bananas. Lunch normal. Dinner just a sandwich. |

QUOTE(Artic Monkeys @ May 23 2014, 10:40 PM) haha sorry I was distracted by the time I was writing that. I was about write 'cardio' but instead I wrote 'crunches' I stand by the saying that abs are made in the kitchen.. it's easier to lose weight by controlling your diet, drink tons of water and eating healthy than doing cardio imo.. cause i hate cardio |

Hi guys.. Any ways on how to pump up the body's metabolism? I heard something along the lines of eating more calories instead of having a calorie-deficit diet.. Not quite sure how that works...
