Hello all, I am currently setting up my plan to lose +- 15kg until I gain a nice body shape. 16 y/o male and currently 82 kg at 177 cm.
I have a question, in an ordinary cafe/mamak/restaurant, what should I go for in order to gain the least fat out of their menu?. I will be needing to get my food outside because of my hectic schedule.
