You can try whatever green tea, blue tea, white tea product but if you still eat like there's no tomorrow, you ain't gonna lost your weight. It's not the products' fault, it's yours.

Green tea? It's so little that it's negligible. Doesn't help much.

Fat burner is more effective but wouldn't recommend.
