Hey peeps, need some advice
Lately I downloaded the apps for phone, myfitnesspal, it shows my daily calorie intake is 1.2k but I used the web page from google search, it shows about 1.8k, so which shall I follow? Any good suggestion and advice on the BMR?

Which means? Both also I used the same height and weight to measure  sweat.gif
Now I'm completely confused. I actually can't even reach the 1.2k calorie also, daily intake is like only 800-900 max  sweat.gif

I do understand that for my eating habit and amount, I'll suffer low metabolism rate, which will have more body fat. I've been trying to eat a lot already, but my tummy is having hard time to absorb all. Even one hard boil egg for me is already full  sweat.gif

I'd wish to really have very very low body fat, and lean muscles only tongue.gif Best if can want to have a six pack la  blush.gif

u already lost more than 10kg...so now more weight lose or maintain current weight or too much fat?... hmm.gif

Well, maybe because I'm still single gua, that's why have to jaga to see if can get any chance or not lo tongue.gif
Yes, I've not use lift, not even escalator, always walk. Daily aerobic, anaerobic, and dancing (nowadays la)
I consulted PT before, he does comment I am in good shape already, in fact body fat is lower than normal but I'm fussy a bit la. No doubt my arms are still flabby which need to tone up a bit and thighs too

Already push hard on body, everything manual, only problem is eating  sweat.gif
I'll hope to get even nicer abs than hers as currently mine kinda similar to hers, but arms not as firm like her, but wish to be smaller than hers  wub.gif
Thanks thanks Alien9

I am trying to lose weight and gain some muscle, to which I have started my workouts for the past 2 weeks. In summary, it's something like this:

Monday : Weights (chest & triceps)
Tuesday : Cardio
Wednesday : Weights (back & biceps)
Thursday : Cardio
Friday : Weights (legs & shoulders)

Saturday and Sunday are rest days. I workout at home with dumbbells and a barbell. So far my workouts really tire me out, especially since I workout after work. However, ever since I started working out, I have had trouble sleeping. For the past 2 weeks, I always wake up at around 2-3am (I usually sleep around 10.30pm) and continue on with a fitful sleep till my alarm goes off at 5am. Has anyone faced something like this? rclxub.gif

ya routine almost like mine xcept i like chest with biceps..and back with triceps...not sure bout ya sleeping problem.. hmm.gif

88kgs today. Broke my barrier of 90kgs within 2 months. laugh.gif
now need to work towards 85kgs followed by 80kgs.

Feeling great seeing that I was a massive ~100kgs when I started out.
Feeling not so great that work/commitments have made me skip my gym sessions since Saturday sad.gif

Last week i was 75.6kgs, stuck at 75.6kgs for 3/4weeks, this week i'm 73.6kgs
What has changed is my workout routine, but its not as intensive as my previous workouts since i've cut my workouts from 3 muscle groups to two.
Kinda shocked, cause i had campus food for lunch. I had meals like fried rice, nando's chicken, aglio olio, ikan sambal fried rice, etc but not all the time though when i was in college
I hope i'm not losing muscle mass.
Alien9, how about this? smile.gif

Mon :- Arms
Tues :- Legs and maybe light kickboxing
Wed :- Back & Lower Back
Thurs :- Chest
Fri :- Shoulders
Either Sat or Sun :- HIIT

Few questions, i hope they arent stupid questions  doh.gif
Yes, i know some of them are basics

1. Can we work on abs everyday? Why?
2. Can we work on Triceps and Biceps on the same day? Why?
3. What is over-training? 10+ different kinds of any muscle group exercises or working too many muscle groups with various kind of exercises in one day?
*
1. nope, abs just like other body part need rest..
2. go ahead no problemo..try biceps rest less 1 min then triceps rest less 1 mins back to biceps..
3. over-trained u work ur muscles more than enough aka u injured ya muscles more..ya muscles won grow when u workout..

1. Some told me you can work abs everyday, i was confused. Ahahah!
2. can i work like 5 biceps exercises, then proceed to 5 tricep exercises?
3. What if i work on a specific muscle group too much? Lets just say 8 different exercises on the chest
*
Yo gannicholas,

1. that person is wrong u should do abs like every 1 hr lol... laugh.gif laugh.gif sorry i cant help it
2. go ahead then 6 months later u will regret lol...less is better bro
3. just cover upper/middle/lower chest...3-4 exercises... icon_rolleyes.gif

Biceps
barbell curl
incline dumbbell curl
concentration curl

close grip bench press
cable triceps extension
kickback dumbbell or skullcrusher

Blekkkkk! Finally got time to drop by a bit, kinda happy that I manage to eat more than usual, but very suffering, feel like my stomach is going to burst anytime! >'<

Urm, saw about workout routine, so it's not advisable for everyday workout? I cardio + triceps + biceps every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, then abs + legs + yoga on every Tuesday and Thursday. Weekend both days for swimming.  A bit overwork my body? >"<
