Oh ok. I got it.

Nope. Which is why I am doubting.
*
why doubt while u can try.. when I 1st time see eztone ( I was at shah alam shopping mall), I admit that I condemn that machine too.

a few months after that, when shopping at jusco, my wife test it and I join her together.

ended to bought it when I satisfied how easy u run while "standing". nod.gif

Useless product to be honest. Cardio exercises is all about raising your heart rate, and by standing there I doubt it'll make any changes.
*
just go ahead and try, u will find this one better than other laziness machines out there.... of course treadmill is much better than this..

like I said, lost fats, gain health and no fitness...

From what I see, I can understand the use of stabilizer muscles and some core to resist the vibrations. That's about it. How it contributed to weight lost remained a mystery to me though.
*
its not just vibrating, its kinda shaking your muscles... click this http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/11/15/m..._n_2140397.html

movements on muscles kill those fats.. its not about heat and flow of your sweat..

It is vibrating what. Be it shaking or vibrating, your body will tense up your stabilizer muscles and core to resist the tiny movement. From my extensive reading on fat lost, the best way to lose fat is of course through diet, followed by cardiovascular exercises which raises the heart rate. Weight training which also burns fat, does not work as well as cardio.

Even if you perform cardio exercises, you would have to clear up your glycogen storage before your body start tapping in to get more energy. This is still depending on what you've ate that day. It also takes a lot of effort to deplete your glycogen storage let alone standing there resisting vibrations.

As far as I know, there's no shortcut around this. One must take the effort to make a difference or one could just have a caloric deficit in their diet.

I didn't mention anything about heat and sweat flow, unsure why you'd say that.

bro, you read a lot that's why you confusing. which is true and some a reality.

in this real world, our body need movement to circulate blood to vessel and etc.. simple explanations not require us to burn fats.. just do any exercise regularly..

this is why many of us (include me on) keep saying their fat not loosen any.

the answer is "doing it regularly"....

p/s - even a horse need to walk everyday to maintain their healthy life..

I'm actually just confused about what you're saying. I thought we're posting in a weight loss tread? Isn't fat lost the goal for everyone here? I guess you're trying to say movement promotes blood circulation, yes this is true. But why wouldn't you just .. move? I mean jumping jacks, rope skipping etc doesn't require you to be in a gym.

And if you're not eating correctly, whatever you do, you won't lose fat.

But I gave up already la. Since you're dead on about this.
*
Ok, never mind. I dont mind people arguing my points. I know what i do. The rest is yours.
