From my extensive reading on fat lost, the best way to lose fat is of course through diet, followed by cardiovascular exercises which raises the heart rate. Weight training which also burns fat, does not work as well as cardio.
Even if you perform cardio exercises, you would have to clear up your glycogen storage before your body start tapping in to get more energy. This is still depending on what you've ate that day. It also takes a lot of effort to deplete your glycogen storage let alone standing there resisting vibrations.
As far as I know, there's no shortcut around this. One must take the effort to make a difference or one could just have a caloric deficit in their diet.
I didn't mention anything about heat and sweat flow, unsure why you'd say that.

in this real world, our body need
movement to circulate blood to vessel and etc.. simple explanations not require us to burn fats..
just do any exercise regularly..
this is why many of us (include me on) keep saying their fat not loosen any.

doing it regularly"....
p/s - even a horse need to walk everyday to maintain their healthy life..
