So much exercise on abs? Hope you are aware of no such thing as spot reduction. 'Some' weight-lifting, some only? Why not more? What you have for breakfast? Lose weight is actually easy, just eat right + exercise = result.

I mentioned some other unknown weight-lifting move. I didn't say i only did some. biggrin.gif
I weight lift about 40mins usually but due to limited equipment in my condo gym, so I'm working out base on what I have currently.

Breakfast is hard. I need go get to office by 645 and usually i woke up about 545. wanted to prepare my meal but sometimes just way too lazy. Will try to work out a healthy breakfast next week as canteen food usually oily sad.gif

I'm working on abs because i have big fat belly. Over 40" blush.gif
of course i'm not doing spot reduction just wish to get smaller belly.

Be more serious if you want to achieve your goal. Do more reading, and do learn what the purposes of doing the unknown weight-lifting move of yours.

And try to achieve 1000 crunches per day, that will helps a lot to burn fats on the front side of belly but that will leads to 6-paxs and spare tires  hmm.gif

Noted with thanks.

Btw, 1000 crunches ? sweat.gif
How come will lead to 6 pax and spare tires ? unsure.gif

You didn't smell the sarcasm? Your focus on crunches and sit up simply show that you are still doing spot-reduction.
Before you focus on exercise, you must learn to eat right. Your diet does not have sufficient nutrition.

Yes you can if you want to. Just move bro. At this early stage you need to change your habit first. By getting active to the gym, that would slowly help you changed.  icon_rolleyes.gif
Any cardio exercise will help you. Jogging, skipping, swimming. All you need to know is which one you enjoy the most  icon_rolleyes.gif

I found a lot of hiit video on youtube, which one is the best? hmm.gif

i do sprint interval with 20-40
20s all out and 40s rest. The max I can do is 4-5 set then have to rest before continue slow jog.

I do RPM class too. 2 hours of RPM or 1 hour of extreme RPM depending the availability of class at my gym.

I guess nothing is the best workout, instead the best workout suit the respective person wink.gif
just my newbie 2cent btw biggrin.gif
