That depends bro, Planning to lose weight too after exams.. been sitting down a lot lately.Green tea contains caffeine. Drinking tea can give the extra boost in energy because of the low amount of caffeine content. Some people like my friend cant take caffeine or else he will be up all night.
But overall yea, green tea is good for fat losing but not recommended before sleep
